We want you to succeed. Support is available from your initial contact with the college and continues throughout your time with us. We offer a range of services including general advice, specific support with your learning and practical information about funding your fees and childcare costs. Life outside college can affect your performance – and we can help you to get support there too.

The Student Services Team is available to offer course information and support in the Advice Lounge at both sites.
Ask us about money
You may be able to get financial support to help with all of the expenses associated with coming to college. Such as childcare, course fees, travel, books and stationery. If you are starting a Level 3 course with the Adult College you may qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan.
Need to talk?
If you are experiencing personal difficulties which are affecting your ability to study, we offer you an opportunity to talk through your feelings, thoughts and concerns in confidence with our Welfare Officer.
Struggling to keep up?
We have specialist staff available to provide additional learning support for learners at the College. If you have a learning support need and would like to find out how we can help you, please talk to your tutor or contact the Student Services Team.
Support is open to all learners and allocated according to need. Support can be in-class, small group sessions, 1:1 or special exam arrangements.
